Your Lower Self is Important!

Originally published sometime in October 2021

Apart from the odd message encouraging people to meditate, it has been a long time since I wrote a blog message.

Partly laziness. Partly needing some space to tune into different matters for myself. Partly because not writing became a habit.

One of the big reasons was that I felt something was off, both within me and therefore what I was offering people but also in the new-age/spiritual/truther, whatever you would like to call it, community. I shall write a bit about this in upcoming blogs, likely starting off by looking at what you might call the “alternative-mainstream media”.

For now however, I’d like to talk about the other big reason for not writing – not giving enough attention to my “lower Self”. To avoid confusion here, when I say lower self, I mean the perception you are currently perceiving from, versus the higher self being the consciousness that is mostly beyond what you can currently perceive.

It is common in spiritual/new-age circles to view the lower Self as bad/wrong or at least not as good as the “higher Self”. The higher Self is often considered something to strive for even to the point of trying to dissolve the lower Self and/or the ego (even though the ego continues to  exist in a different capacity in higher versions of yourself!).

But there is a point to the lower Self isn’t there? What would be the point of all-that-is/source/god/oneness separating itself into an unlimited number of individual points-of-view, or selves if you like, if there wasn’t some importance to it?

I would say that source can better understand itself having all these perceptions of itself given by all its individuated perception-consciousnesses we often call souls. Hence it can also be able to have more information with which to be able to create more from all the information and ideas that come from those individuals. You could say therefore from this model that we feed source by this experience of being an individual, an individual like no other one.

Even from the point of view of the higher Self, which is closer to source, there is a benefit of dividing itself into lower consciousnesses. You could say that incarnating on earth, forgetting our other lives/experiences and experiencing a slower manifestation of life that is part of being human, makes us face things we would normally have easily ignored or escaped in higher vibrational states. In this way we face a lot more contrast. This contrast in turn helps us more easily define what we desire to experience or not and build up the strength to be able to shift our vibration to what we desire more easily over time. Often the earth experience is so slow changing that it might be that you do not reap the benefits until the next life – yes, please prove me wrong on this one!

There is a lot of experience of being separate from source and others in Earthly life. This creates conflict, hiearchy, lack, fight, flight and all sorts of other things related to duality. Born out of this however is ultimately love. You cannot go very far into separation without realising that you ultimately fail and that you can do greater things when involving all parts of your Self and other Selves. The Earth experience therefore ultimately propels you back towards unity consciousness, along with all sorts of creative ideas that come from the experience.

Though there can be relief from realising you exist after death and beyond a human life, putting energy into fully living a human life benefits you, everyone around you and radiates out into the cosmos. So from my perspective, there is great importance to being an individual consciousness. A “Lower Self”. Just imagine what Earth would be like if everyone worked towards their own desires and beliefs. A planet of people with over 7 billion completely different points-of-view yet in allowance of each other and helping each other manifest what each wishes!

It is from this standpoint that I decided to express more of what my human Self, the part of me writing this, perceives, rather than just observing life go by like watching a film or playing a video game without being fully engrossed!

Hopefully this spurs you on to being yourself more, rather than following some prescribed or expected route to happiness. As Dain Heer has said in his teachings “Be yourself, change the world”. You are very much missed on this planet when you don’t be who and what you truly desire to be!

I have had little time to write blog articles lately, so I have decided to try doing a video blog on Youtube instead. Using videos should help me get across information I couldn’t do with the written word alone and hopefully will save some time.

Seeing as I had visited the Bosnian pyramids again as part of the last leg of mine and Åsa-Maria’s honeymoon, I thought I would give some video footage of a few of the interesting things in the Ravne Park 2, just West of the Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun. Many of you have asked questions about that park so hopefully, in addition to my last written blog article, it should answer many of the questions.

For those of you who love to experiment with building structures to help with healing and/or raising of vibration, you might like to pause on some of the pictures I provided within the video. They give more details about how the structures work as well as some of the organisations that helped to build them in the park.

This is my first video blog so please excuse the rough nature. You can view the video blog here: https://youtu.be/koAIVKQmaU4

Please also remember to like and subscribe to my Youtube channel to help it grow, so more people have access to the information therein. You can do this underneath the video itself.

The Bosnian Pyramids

I know a number of you had requested that I write about our trip to the Bosnian Pyramids back in May. I know, a bit late but I finally got around to it 😉

We went as part of one of the Grand Tours organised by the Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun Foundation, which we found out about through one of Judy Satori’s newsletters. Judy Satori for those who have not come across her yet, has been speaking what she calls “light language” for many years now and uses it to bring through information, healing and transformation to help us into the “Golden Age”. She was one of the many speakers there on this trip and among other things, brought through the codes to help activate certain areas in and around the Bosnian Pyramid complex. I had listened to many of her audio tracks (many of which are completely free by the way) in 2011 and 2012 and have listened to the odd recording of hers as it feels right ever since. If you feel like you would like to explore the use of light language on your journey, then you can visit her website here at www.judysatori.com

The Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun viewed from Visoko

The town of Visoko sits right at the foot of the largest Bosnian Pyramid discovered so far – the Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun as it has been named. You can see the outline of this pyramid from pretty much anywhere in the town. There were so many people on this particular tour that there was no room left in the local hotel and so we ended up staying in the many rooms available to visitors in the local Franciscan Monastery. It was very peaceful here and was perfect for those who wished to have a quieter stay.

Spiritual egos

The different speakers present on this tour certainly meant that people of different mindsets were present on the tour. We had a large group from India who resonated more with Grand Master Brahmarshi Patriji and his meditation teachings and who is also a supporter of pyramid building to aid in the awakening process. As a side note, India is now the country with the largest number of pyramids, which according to the pyramid organisation’s representatives, total over 10,000 across India and is continually growing as the benefit of pyramids is reaching more and more people.

We had people that resonated more with Judy Satori and the guidance of extraterrestrial beings on taking us to the golden age. We had people that resonated with Ladan (a spiritual lady from the UK who I may have gotten the name of wrong!) who was much more into angels and orbs, and of course we had a lot of people who resonated more with Dr Sam Osmanagich, the archeologist who was the organiser of the tour and who was the modern-day discover of the Bosnian pyramids.

This variety of mindsets certainly caused some egoic friction between the groups on the tour. This is something I commonly see between spiritual groups all around the planet, each claiming to be the one who is correct and/or have the higher knowledge. As such there has been a lot of in-fighting between “spiritual” people, even to the extent of claiming that certain people and organisations are “of the dark” or “false light” when it is simply a matter of different perspective/path. For myself and Åsa-Maria, this was actually part of the beauty of the tour. We view it that the higher frequencies of the pyramids as well as the interactions within the group, were bringing up the lower vibrational belief systems to the surface to be cleared presenting a fantastic opportunity for transformation to occur. For those on the tour that were still identified with the egoic state, it may have seemed uncomfortable for them but from our perspective it was wonderful to see their energetics change to a higher bandwidth shall we say, as the days progressed.

Dr Sam Osmanagich giving a talk at one of the excavation sites at the foot of the Tumulus. Grand Master Brahmarshi Patriji can be seen wearing shades sitting underneath the sign.

The tour

Over the coming days we visited various different parts of the pyramid complex, including the underground tunnels, archeological park, various ancient mounds and structures as well as several of the pyramids themselves. We also had several talks we could go to organised by one of the several speakers there. Judy Satori, Grand Master Brahmarshi Patriji and several other people gave guided meditations throughout the tour, often to aid in activating energies related to the pyramids and/or ourselves.

Though there were other smaller pyramids and others yet to be investigated to be confirmed as pyramids, the tour was mostly concerned with the Pyramid of the Sun, Pyramid of the Moon, Pyramid of the Dragon, and Pyramid of Love, as they have been named by the Bosnians. We also spent a lot of time in the prehistoric underground tunnels and visited other ancient structures such as the tumulus.

Controversy over their discovery

The Pyramid of the Sun was discovered when Dr Sam Osmanagich (a Bosnian businessman, archaeologist, anthropological professor and author whose website you can find here) was visiting Visoko to go to a museum there. When looking at the hillside that overlooks Visoko, he found it remarkably pyramidal shaped. Soon after some initial investigations, he built a non-profit organisation called the Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun Foundation, to further investigate and help educate others of their findings.

The organisation has come under quite a lot of pressure over the years as their findings go against the current story of human history as we are told in text-books. Despite holding international conferences since 2008 where now over 200 experts from various fields of study and countries have supported, confirmed and/or built upon Dr Sam Osmanagich’s findings, there is still a lot of media claiming that the Bosnian pyramids are a fraud. There has been a lot of pressure from the Bosnian government to close down investigations and even some prominent Egyptologists and archaeologists have either shied away from comment or outwardly condemned them.

The much treasured museum within Sarajevo. According to our guides, this was the very first building to be attacked by government forces during the Bosnian War and holds all the records of peaceful interaction between the various religions that happily and very closely co-exist within the capital. Literally you can find multiple Mosques, right next to synagogues and cathedrals. They very much pride themselves as being an example of a country where differing beliefs can happily live in balance which our guides all said was the main thing the conflict aimed to destroy.

Many people have also commented on the fact there was the Bosnian War not too long ago as part of the break-up of Yugoslavia. They theorise that the Pyramid discoveries are simply a way of bringing tourism and hence prosperity back to the people. Though there were certainly many poor people begging for money around the pyramids and Visoko, I felt that the information provided was not only consistent and thorough but also honest.

I find that whenever there is a subject that can create great change on the planet, there will always be those who believe they will have a lot to lose. The evidence and amount of resources being poured into covering something up is often a hint that something important is going on. That being said, it is up to you what you wish to believe. You are welcome to read some of Dr Sam Osmanagich’s books on the subject, browse through the scientific news listed at www.piramidasunca.ba and/or visit the pyramids themselves, in comparison to the main-stream news 😉

Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun

The location map of the various pyramids and tunnels as provided by the Pyramida de Sunca foundation. The town of Visoko is clearly seen in the middle of the picture.

The Pyramid of the Sun is the largest of the Bosnian pyramids. It is larger than the largest of the Egyptian pyramids and if further excavations are performed beneath the current ones, to confirm underground scans, it is likely to be even bigger!

Like all the other pyramids, it has been covered in soil and vegetation for thousands of years but due to its size, its pyramidal shape can still be seen quite easily as can be seen in these photos. Due to being Bosnia’s capital in medieval times, a fortress was built on top of the pyramid which has somewhat made the top an uneven shape.

Some of the remaining walls of the medieval castle on top of the Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun. In the background you can see raised hills to the West side of the pyramid and a local road built long before the pyramid’s discovery but serves as a useful way to access the top of the pyramid.

It is orientated such that the sides of the pyramid face North, South, East and West. The West face of the pyramid continues into the hills possibly like a very large entrance hall-way, which is much like how other old pyramids around the world are built so I am told. The other pyramids are harder to see mostly due to the large amount of soil movement and depositation over thousands of years as well as the vegetation that has grown over them. Most of the discoveries therefore have been confirmed or suggested by excavation (most of which have been left exposed so that tourists can see for themselves) and underground scanning technologies.

Carbon-dating investigations by several independent organisations all confirm the soil on top of the Pyramid of the Sun to be around 24,800 years old. Plenty of time to have covered the pyramid then. When digging deeper, they were surprised to find that at all excavation sites around the pyramid are covered in “concrete” which appears to be formed from shale from the local hills mixed with clay.

Some of the huge slabs of “concrete” exposed at one of the many excavation sites around the Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun

They are laid down in layers that are three times thicker at the corners of the pyramid. They theorise that the concrete could only have been formed by somehow melting the clay rather than simply mixing it as it is so tough – it has been independently tested to be harder than the hardest modern concrete with only 1% absorption rate of water compared to the hardest modern concrete at 3%, so we were told. On top of this, several clay samples of this concrete were independently tested to be 29,200 years old, plus or minus 400 years. If carbon dating is to be believed and if the dates of other pyramids around the world are also correct, this makes the Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun to be the largest and oldest pyramid so far discovered.

Various scanning technologies (I apologise for forgetting what sorts of scans have been used!) over the years by several different independent groups all show there to be hard surfaces and empty spaces within the pyramid, as well as possible tunnels leading there. An entrance has yet to be found and much caution by psychics (who by the way have been invited to comment on the history of the pyramid and written about in one of Dr Sam’s books – “Ancient History Beyond the Veil”) has been advised due to the power being generated inside.

View from the base of the East side of the Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun. The hill in the centre where only one triangular side can be roughly seen is the Bosnian Pyramid of the Moon. The Hill to the very right of the picture has been called “The Temple of Mother Earth”.

Of course there is much speculation about what could be there and the multiple uses, but the measurements of the energy emanating from the sides and top of the pyramids as well as other local structures such as the tumulus are well know. The Ultrasound frequency of 28kHz has been found at all the aforementioned locations. The energy at the peak of the Pyramid of the Sun actually becomes more powerful the further away from the pyramid’s peak you go, suggesting uses in intergalactic communication. There were several stories of people having huge awakenings whilst within these areas especially whilst spending time at the peak of the pyramid.

Both my Self and Åsa-Maria felt such strong energies coming from the pyramids and the surrounding area. Often the energies felt very harmonious and at times uncomfortable as dissonant energies within us came up from within to be released. We both certainly felt a healing effect on our bodies that’s for sure.

Prehistoric “Ravne” tunnels

The tunnels are about 2.5km south-west of the Pyramid of the Sun and along with various meditation platforms and intriguing scientific structures donated by groups from various countries form the Archaeological Park.

One of the many experimental structures built within the park. There are quartz crystals pointing upwards underneath each stone. Each circle has a radius that is a multiple of well-known mathematical numbers including, Pi and Phi. Simply walking in circles within this structure has been shown to temporarily at least improve various health markers and generally improve the aura of a person.

The structure of the tunnels is fascinating and I could hardly do it justice with what I can remember from the trip. Needless to say that they appear to be kept from falling in by energetic tension or memory of some sort. The lack of straight lines (lots of curves), the humidity, strange prehistoric ceramics with rune symbols on them that are around as old as the Pyramid of the Sun, underground water flow and many other components which are poorly understood thus far all contribute to their maintenance.

The different areas of the tunnels suggest that several different dwellers and builders influenced their construction over thousands of years all seemingly in alignment with nature and very knowledgeable. I certainly saw a great many beings with my mind’s eye within the tunnels, some species known to me but many not. There are many photos that people have taken there showing thousands of orbs. There are even videos of moving orbs in the background such as during a politician’s visit whilst being guided by Dr Sam, which I can’t quite find on Youtube at the moment…

Healing effects of the Ravne tunnels

The “Meditation Room” – one of the more open areas within the tunnel complex, named so due to the many healing properties discovered here. Several of our meditation and energy activation sessions led by the various guest speakers were performed in the tunnels and park. Perhaps the most talked-about meditation sessions occurred in complete darkness in the tunnels.

Much like what I said earlier about beneficial/healing energies, the tunnels certainly brought up intense joy in some people and fear in others. When looking at all the scientific studies performed there, it is not surprising why they have such a healing effect.

There have been no toxins found in the air or water within the tunnels. Apart from near the entrance, the temperature is 12.5 degrees celsius, oxygen is 20.4%, and humidity is 85%. This is constant throughout, no matter where you are in the tunnels, which is amazing considering how far from the entrance you can be in there.

In addition, even though the tunnels are on average 25 meters beneath the surface, absolutely no electromagnetic radiation, natural or man-made makes it into the tunnels – much like a Faraday cage. The main ones found there are the well documented and beneficial 28kHz (ultrasound) and 7.83Hz frequencies. The latter most commonly known as the Schumann frequency. Again both frequencies are constant no matter where you are in the tunnels.

One of the many slightly curved narrow tunnels. Note too the egg-like profile which contributes to maintaining its stability. Amazingly, few of the tunnels after excavation required wooden struts to keep them from collapsing.

According to the Bovis scale, developed by the French physician of the same name, measures the vibrational quality of objects. 0-6500 units is considered life depleting such as a crack in the earth’s surface or food that has gone off. 6500 is considered neutral and 7500-8000 is typical of a healthy human body. Certain Tibetan temples that have been measured are around 14000 Bovis. Using a Bovis meter within the tunnels however showed measurements of 25000 to 40000 Bovis!

When studying negatively charged ions, they are in abundance. Confusingly for some people, negatively charged ions, also called anions are very beneficial for bodily healing as they are involved in anti-oxidant processes greatly aiding in all sorts of conditions. Positively charged ions conversely are harmful as they are involved in the opposite process. The anion concentration of a typical office or meeting room is somewhere between 25-100 per cubic centimeter. On streets within cities that rises to 250-450; villages can vary widely 800-1800; mountain ranges can be around 5000. Within the tunnels the concentration increases the further you go in and especially at certain areas such as around the curious megalithic stones within the tunnels which are reported (and yes I felt it too) to direct and amplify energies within the tunnels. 40 meters from the entrance the concentration is 3000 anions per cubic centimeter rising to 18,000 in the area labelled as “the healing chamber”

It gets better. The water within the tunnels is what I would call activated water. It has been tested to be completely clean of bacteria and toxins and is claimed to have healing properties so long as you keep it sealed in a darkened container if you take it away from the tunnels otherwise it’s properties diminish.

One of several curious stones that appear to be, from scanning techniques, made from separate stones molded together giving them some very interesting electromagnetic properties. Due to their position within the tunnels above underground water currents, they appear to direct energy flow in some way. Note too the runes covering the stone, calling into question how old runes actually are – the tunnels and their contents have been carbon dated to similar ages as the Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun!

Considering these measurements, it is not surprising that there have been many studies on the healing effects of the tunnels. Not only is there plenty of data on the stabilisation of blood pressure, blood glucose levels, increased lung capacity and aura vibrational increases for example but also a number of people have had drastic improvements in their conditions especially if spending many hours in the tunnels consistently over many days. Again there are many reports documented on the www.piramidasunca.ba website.

You can go and volunteer!

There is so much more I could talk about what has been discovered in and around Visoko. I hope I have given you a good overview of what were for me, some of the highlights of my trip. However if you wish to know more, then I suggest you read some of Dr Sam Osmanagich’s books/the foundation’s websites, visit the area yourself (the organised tours provided by the Pyramid de Sunca foundation are highly recommended – www.visit.piramidasunca.ba) or even volunteer.

I know several people on our tour stayed in Visoko afterwards to volunteer for a few weeks and I know several of my customers have written that they have too. They have all recommended others do the same because of the wonderful times they had there. What better way to help the organisation explore further whilst experiencing the healing energies of the area in the process? Again you can find out about volunteering from the foundation’s tourism website – www.visit.piramidasunca.ba.

As the years go by there are more and more discoveries being made, however whilst the pyramids are relatively unknown to the general public it is a good time to go to avoid the queues, especially in the narrow and often low-ceiling height tunnels where not many people can fit!

The “Observation Technique” & Vipassana

Originally published on 30th October 2017

My Self in a derelict church just a couple of minutes drive from the largest Vipassana centre in the UK – Dhamma Dipa

It has been a while since I last wrote on this blog. Following the 10-day Vipassana retreat I did at Dhamma Dipa in England, back in October last year, I decided to take a break from writing as well as other projects in order to allow my physical body the rest it needed. I decided due to the interest people had in the course, that it would be a good subject to start the blog with again.

The Vipassana course tied in very nicely with the advice I had been giving for years previously which I had been calling “The Observation Technique”. This is something I have been meaning to get into writing for some time now as it is an extremely powerful technique. A technique that as time has gone by, I have realised is really just another way of looking at what have been taught by eastern mystics of the past such as Buddha, and all the way up to the present, such as through Eckart Tolle. Hopefully this blog article will serve as a reference point that can help the mind understand the concept of observational techniques enough, such that you can start using them to better awaken and heal yourself.

Observation is now the main technique I use during my healing sessions to dissolve away whatever may concern you. I find that compared to all the other healing modalities I have used over the years, that this is the most powerful. It is also the most simple. I realised more and more as time went by, that healing is actually very easy and that the more I simplified the methods I used, the more powerful they got.

With the observation technique it goes one step further than that, it feels like I literally get out of the way. You could say that my ego steps aside such that my “higher Self” or source can do the work instead. People who use other techniques also often mention how their techniques improve when they step aside and let it happen.

It is interesting how much information the ego often needs before it will allow healing to happen does it not?! So lets satisfy it for the time being and explore this method in more detail.

Observation in allowance as a measure of spiritual progress

The key thing in observational techniques, in “becoming the observer” as is often quoted, is to do so in complete allowance. That is, to not judge, not react to, not resist or fight what you are observing. On the vipassana course I did, taught by the late Goenka, he calls this being “equanimous”.

Your ability of being able to be in allowance of whatever is occurring, is a better way of perceiving your spiritual progress than measuring your vibrational level alone, though of course your vibrational frequency will increase as a by-product of becoming a better observer.

As I shall write about later on, the physical, emotional and mental symptoms you are experiencing are also not a good measure of spiritual progress, as often these aspects will very often appear to get worse as your awareness of the issues within your Self improves and the resultant healing ensues.

Over time, if you practice observation diligently and persistently, it will be perceived that you will start to become the observer, or if you like your “higher Self”.

This enlightened state is the goal of what vipassana and other observational techniques were designed for. As a by-product of this journey, healing and greater awareness will also occur and so if you wish you can use the below information for those purposes and not necessarily be aiming for enlightenment itself if you wish.

Not being in allowance attracts and creates more suffering

The majority of people in the world as I write this, do not practice allowance. They are constantly fighting, resisting and reacting to the people, environments and situations around them and of course to themselves. If you do this then you simply create more energy of fight/reaction/resistance. More judgement. More ego. More problems. More suffering.

As identified by the 3rd law of the universe, you get out what you put in, or another way of putting it is like attracts like. The law of attraction (which is part of but not all of this 3rd law) has been written about by many people around the world. Despite this, I feel, as have many other spiritual writers, that people haven’t got the full story here. Many people have tried following the positive thinking type practices and have not been able to manifest what they desire.

This is mainly because they are focussing on the mental side of things alone, without realising that the other aspects of Self such as the emotional and physical parts, often hold the opposite vibration or at least a different vibration to what the mind does. This is why I teach that the beliefs you have, are not just those that your mind/ego says you have, but are actually stored within the emotional and physical bodies as well. The energy blocks and dis-harmonious energies that I and other healers talk about are the result of holding onto beliefs that are not in alignment with your physical and energetic bodies.

Observational techniques are a great way of being able to sense these energies and hence understanding what all parts of “you” truly believe. Outside of observational practices, this can be used of course to change your belief systems and hence is why I teach this as part of my Belief Removal / Limitation Removal sessions.

Being in allowance of what you observe eventually dissolves all that doesn’t serve you as you observe it.

There are many perspectives I can use here to explain why this dissolution happens. Firstly due to the 3rd law of the universe, as mentioned above, you are not adding to and “making worse” whatever form of suffering is being experienced. In a similar respect, you could say that if you are not adding energy, then entropy and hence decay is what will eventually happen.

If you look at it in terms of frequency, when you are in a state of complete allowance and so are in a higher vibrational state (compared to the state of judgement for example), then what you are observing is receiving that higher vibrational energy from you, as it flows through your consciousness. In this way, the lower vibrational energy will start to dissolve in the higher vibrational energy you supply it.

Being in complete allowance is what I view unconditional love to be. If you wish to change something or someone based on them being, worse, bad, wrong etc, then that is conditional love, not unconditional love (very different to changing things in a state of allowance or if that thing/person wishes to change). Very few people I would say as I write this love themselves and others unconditionally and so are continually creating suffering. Allowance reverses this and dissolves all that causes suffering.

From the perspective of dimensionality, you are choosing your vibratory state and so choosing what dimension you move to every single moment – literally an unlimited number of times a second. As you observe something from a different vibrational state to what created it then you will be continually choosing to exist in a reality where what you are observing does not exist.

For those that question whether observing things is actually adding and maintaining what is being observed, you will find that this happens only if you are vibrating at the same frequency band that what you are observing exists. As you continue to practice becoming the observer, you will continue to see things from a higher and higher vibrational state and so all that is of a lower vibration will cease to exist for you, or if you like, will dissolve away.

You could also say that being and sensing your “higher Self” and comparing it to a lower vibration thing that you are observing, starts to entrain that lower vibration towards the higher vibration, and so it changes.

Due to the paradoxes and contradictions the human languages bring up when talking about these sorts of subjects I have used many more perspectives in my time as a healer. Hopefully though the above will be enough to help you understanding why observation is a powerful tool to end suffering.

This process works on all levels

It does not matter whether it be a physical sensation such as pain or other symptoms of dis-ease, whether it is an emotion, whether it is mind chatter, whether it is your aura or energetic parts of Self, whether it is outside or inside of you, whether it is an energy block, parasite, implant, curse, entity etc. All things will eventually dissolve as you become more and more the observer.

Certain things that are more related to the physical realm, such as a scar from surgery, your relationship with someone you don’t get on with, or your monetary situation for example may not change in the way you might expect initially. Mostly it is because of the many other beliefs that are indirectly related to these issues still being present within you. So initially for most people the scar will look the same but you do not have any negative thoughts or emotional charge about it. The other person may not change their personality at all and yet you are comfortable being around them. You may not get more money in life but you suddenly seem to manage fine and enjoy life with the money you already have.

Eventually as you continue to observe and connect with higher Self of course, the changes will go deeper and the scar, person and monetary situation will start to change as well as your perception of them. Many people do not spend enough of their day being equanimous to reach this state of complete change. Especially if inbetween meditation sessions they continue to add to, maintain or re-create the beliefs that cause a particular form of suffering.

For things in the energetic realms, they change much more readily as they are not so bound by the laws of this physical reality we chose. This is why energy blocks, implants etc can change very quickly indeed so long as you are not applying the laws of physical reality to them 😉

In the initial stages of observation, the ego often perceives things getting worse

As you start observing various aspects of your Self, you may notice that there are many areas that you cannot sense in much detail, and other areas that you cannot seem to sense at all. If we use the physical body as an example, many people when tuning in, cannot physically feel their spleen. They cannot sense the undulations of the surface of the spleen, or even get a sense of where it is in the body at all.

So when you start to observe the body in more detail it is very often the case that as you become more aware of an organ such as the spleen, you will also become aware of pain and other uncomfortable physical symptoms. On the emotional level maybe powerlessness, and on the mental level mind chatter relating to this.

The ego will often perceive that you are getting worse or that you have now acquired a new problem. The vast majority of the time, with people on the awakening path, it is simply that you are becoming more aware of things that were already there.

On top of that, you will often get more symptoms as the body starts to heal the affected area that had been ignored in the past – what we call a “healing crisis”. You can get similar things from receiving a healing, as I have explained to many of you who have come to me complaining that another healer has made you worse 😉

You could say that people on the awakening path are going through a prolonged healing crisis as they start to become aware of layer upon layer of issues stored way and ignored – from earlier in their current life, from past lives and especially on the physical level, from their physical body’s ancestry’s experiences, often called cellular memory. What was previously sub/un-conscious then becomes conscious you could say. Note the words awareness and awakening here in relation to un/sub consciousness becoming conscious.

As you continue to observe, these issues will eventually start to dissolve, as I well know from continuing to observe my left kidney and all the related symptoms for over a year with my ego constantly saying that “this doesn’t work!” along with all sort of other thoughts too. Of course it did dissolve away eventually as I continued to watch and the fight left my body.

As you practice, it will often seem that things take time to change to start with. Trying to force change will actually slow down the healing effect – something which is common for those who wish to use this technique to overcome a disease. As you settle into truly observing more than forcing, the changes will start to happen more quickly and with more practice, some issues will appear to dissolve or leave the body in a split-second!

True observation happens in the present, the “now”

You may notice that there are many practices that could be considered observational techniques. These include, Tai Chi, Yoga, mindfulness and all the various forms of meditation. What is common to all of these is that they all guide you closer to living in the present, or “the now” as Eckart Tolle likes to describe it.

When you are holding onto the past, you continually recreate more or similar in the future. Judgements and the beliefs they create can only happen when maintaining your hold on the past. In this way, the majority of the people in the world continually recreate more of the same for their future. This is why there is so much talk about letting go.

By being in the present, the past cannot affect you and as you continue to be in the present, you lessen your association with the identity you believe you are, based on past experiences. Much more possibilities are open to you without the tunnel-vision created by your judgements of the past hence why miracles and eureka moments happen in this state. You could also say that your “higher Self” exists beyond linear time and so being present in the now is the path to connecting with and becoming one with it.

If you are judging, resisting, reacting, and fighting with what you are observing then you are not being in the now and so are not truly observing. If you are looking at something with judgement then it is like only seeing the world through different shade of green because of wearing green-tinted glasses. Dissolving those judgements and the beliefs they create opens you up to higher truths much like taking off your green glasses and being able to see more colours. Continuing to remove these lenses of judgement will eventually help you see how beautiful everything and everyone is, that the divine/god/all-that-is/oneness is within them all and they all have a wonderful purpose.

This is why it is important to learn to become “equanimous” or if you like to be in complete allowance of what you observe, such that the veil of your reality can be dropped.

Vipassana and observation

Most of the information you will come across on the internet about vipassana will be a simple meditation technique involving sitting or lying in a comfortable position and simply observing the breath in an equanimous state. Some will talk about observing another body part, but generally sitting/lying whilst observing the breath, being in allowance with whatever sensations come up and bringing your awareness gently back to the breath if thoughts or other distractions happen, is all that is required. Nothing more, nothing less.

You can get very far indeed using this technique and many things will open up to you as you continue to go deeper with this, and I very much recommend that you do this if it resonates with you.

The body scanning technique

Within the Vipassana course in did in the UK last October a variation of this technique was used. After 3 days of learning to focus the awareness, the last 7 days of the course involved scanning the body in an equanimous state. By scanning I mean, sensing whatever you can and cannot sense in each body part from top to bottom, bottom to top – coldness, heat, tickle, itch, pain, pressure, movement, numbness, “nice sensations” and of course areas you cannot sense anything at all.

As you repeat this over and over again you will start to notice that you can sense in more and more detail and that what you sense can change, often in seconds. It is common for there to be particular areas that take days, weeks, months or even longer than a year to change or get some sensation in – depending how much consciousness you have in the body, or if you like how “grounded” you are.

The advantage of this technique is that it can often help get the ego out of the way as it is slightly more proactive. Because you are learning to sense into all parts of the physical body, you are helping to become more aware of that sub or un-conscious Self I was speaking about earlier. It also means that many heavy energies relating to your judgements, beliefs, experiences that ultimately cause all your dis-eases and sufferings can “come to the surface” so to speak, in a rapid way as you learn to sense deeper and deeper.

For those who have a stronger connection to ego and so are likely to resist/react/fight the sensations that come up rather than be completely in allowance of them, it is strongly recommended to start gently. This is why during the course they asked us to scan the surface of the skin only. If you go to a deep level sooner rather than later, you will likely have to experience many physical, emotional and mental symptoms that you may find very uncomfortable – you have been warned 😉

If you feel you are ready to go deeper then you might like to start scanning roughly in this order – gross sensations within the body such as over a larger area like the chest, or an entire leg (especially if you find it hard to feel them in much detail); through the layers of the skin, the surfaces of the organs/bones/muscles; the blood vessels; the connective tissues between the organs; within the organs and muscles; within the bones; the nerves; individual tissue types within the organs/muscles/bones; fluid movements within organs; groups of cells; individual cells; cell organelles; molecules; atoms; sub-atomic particles; wave-forms – yes you can go that far with observational techniques if you wish! This is how masters from the East understood quantum physics subjects long before the invention of scientific equipment.

As you become more aware of the body, you will notice that you will also become more aware of the emotional, mental and other energetic parts of Self. Afterall they are all reciprocally related. Many of you may already have developed the ability to sense into these areas to some degree. Sensing into the physical body however is very useful for helping you ground and become more comfortable in this reality rather than escaping it, and it will help you in the other areas of Self energetically anyway.

I have to stress that what I am speaking of here is my interpretation of my experiences of vipassana and not the direct teachings of Goenka and others involved in the vipassana organisation. It just so happens that I already started doing very similar teachings to their body scanning type technique before I went on the 10-day course. The vipassana organisation does not like people outside teaching their techniques in case things are mis-interpreted and I understand what complications could ensue.

The late S. N. Goenka who brought the teachings of Vipassana from Burma back to India, where it was originally taught by Gautama Buddha.

If you wish to learn from the late Goenka and his instructors and also experience practicing vipassana in a supportive environment, then I suggest that you find one of their meditation centres of which there are many worldwide – https://www.dhamma.org/en/locations/directory

Reading about a technique and understanding it logically is not the same as experiencing it and therefore benefiting from it. How many times have you continually read about spiritual and healing practices and not actually used them, or continually jumped from one to another?

Observation of thoughts

Except for some cases of extreme pain, most people are easily able to settle into allowance with physical sensations. Emotions tend to be harder, thoughts even more so. Most people believe so strongly that they are their mind and the thoughts than go through it, that they struggle to step back and observe them. This attachment to mind and/or body is what creates what I and many others call the ego, or false Self if you wish.

In most traditional meditation techniques, you are either taught to watch thoughts float by in your mind (the water method) or to apply a small amount of force (the fire method) to bring your focus back to whatever you are observing in the present. Though they may say differently themselves, Eckart Tolle tends to recommend more the water method whereas I noticed during the Vipassana course I did, that the fire method is used more.

Really I see them as two side of the same coin and as such are simply a matter of perception of the mind rather than two wildly different methods. Two different ways of guiding the ego into letting go if you will, and as such have pros and cons depending on the beliefs of the ego.

If you find that observing thoughts tends to bring up even more thoughts, then you may wish to use the fire method to gently guide your Self back to the present. If this brings up more fight/reaction/resistance then you may prefer the water method. Both methods however can be used in either case depending on what helps more in each individual case.

Both Eckart and Goenka do seem to agree, as do I, that the more you learn to observe the physical body and emotions, the thoughts tend to dissipate anyway.

It might be useful to see thoughts as an expression of the body – “negative” thoughts being representative of a body part not functioning to its fullest potential, not receiving enough of your consciousness you could say. So simply by observing and thus as a by-product healing the body will reduce the amount of “negative” thoughts that occur.

This is why vipassana and other observation techniques tend to focus on the physical body as ultimately it will affect all aspects of Self in the process.

Observation outside of formal practice in everyday life

Though most people will start their awakening and/or healing journey setting aside a particular time of the day to do their practice, ideally if you wish to make progress, it should become something that you attempt to do throughout the day. Many things happen throughout your days and your body, emotions and thoughts are constantly changing in response, according to the beliefs and judgements you hold within you.

If you were to observe all these symptoms, you would be able to dissolve all that doesn’t serve you as you experience them in the now and or course bring yourself closer to the enlightened state at the same time.

Observing all the bodily sensations, emotions and thoughts that come up whilst doing the dishes, watching yet more news on the TV about war and famine, when discussing or arguing with someone, when experiencing a “psychic attack”, when craving a particular food etc call all be wonderful opportunities to heal and become more aware. Eckart Tolle speaks about this in great detail in his books and you tube clips so I suggest that you look into them for more advice on this.

For many people there is much resistance from the ego trying to do this all day and as such it can be more beneficial to start with just an hour a day performing the “body scanning technique” or basic forms of vipassana, such that too much doesn’t come up too soon for the ego to complain about.

Obviously if you have reached a state of being where you can observe the thoughts of ego then it is not a problem for things coming up to be cleared.

The Dharma Dipa

I found out about the Dharma Dipa from my mother as she likes to know about the things going on locally. It is literally only a 10 minute drive from where she lives and where I grew up but I had no idea it was there until after I returned from living in New Zealand where my first awakenings happened.

It also happens to be the biggest vipassana meditation centre in the UK and many people travel far to get there typically for the 10-day courses they offer. Speaking of which, if you would like to go there yourself, you will have to make sure you book early as places fill up fast. When myself and Åsa-Maria booked, we did it the very day registrations opened about 3 months before the course started.

Seeing as I haven’t mentioned about what it was like in similar spiritual courses I have done in the past, I thought that it might be useful to give you some idea of what they are like…

After a half day introduction. The next 10 days were spent in complete silence and not even body language, facial expressions and the like were used unless absolutely necessary, so apart from the time the fire alarm mistakenly went off in my building and I went to go find someone, and a couple of times mine and Åsa-Maria’s eyes mistakenly met in the few places we could actually see each other, I did not use any form of communication at all with anyone there. I know walking past each other like this was tough for some people but I felt right at home in this respect having done similar on many courses before.

I personally only noticed that the man who sat in front of me left on the second day and didn’t pay enough attention to the outside world enough to notice how many other people didn’t make it through the whole 10 days or even know what the person sitting right next to me looked like! He turned out to be a lovely man orignally from Finland when we were finally able to talk openly to each other.

No technology and no reading or writing materials were allowed inside, which is why I have no photos of the premises – though I notice that some people must have sneaked in a camera due to some pictures I found on the internet! Basically nothing to distract you from being present.

Male and females were kept completely seperate the entire time. We had seperate buildings, some much like huts, some old farm-house buildings and some converted from old horse stables. We had a seperate garden/wood/walking area. The dining hall had a shutter down the middle so we couldn’t see each other and apart from a few areas where there were no hedges or trees in the way we could only see the opposite sex at the other end of the room within the meditation building.

South Herefordshire countryside – full of farmland & greenery

The whole course had boundaries that you were not allowed to pass so that you weren’t exposed to people and happenings outside of the course, not that you would encounter much from the farmers fields surrounding the site. There were plenty of birds and squirrels hanging around though.

Each day would start off with a bell at 4am. The first meditation would start at 4.30am and you could choose to stay in your room, be in a meditation chamber, elsewhere within the boundaries of the meditation area or in the main hall. The hour-long meditations required us to be in the hall where it was strongly encouraged to sit completely still unless movement was absolutely necessary. Longer meditations often had the option of being done outside the hall.

Apart from the meditation sessions, in the evening there were pre-recorded videos of of the late Goenka. During these sessions the teachings for the next day as well as some background information were conveyed. In all there were 10 hours of meditation done each day with breaks in between before bed at 9pm.

All meals were vegetarian and of a fantastic standard. Porridge, fruit and cereal were the mainstay for breakfast. Lunch had the most variety of main meals. Dinner was literally 2 pieces of fruit and for those who had done the course before, just one piece of fruit was advised.

Much like many others, in the first few days I had a lot of pain in certain areas from not being used to sitting in an upright sitting position for long periods. Apart from cushions, chairs were provided for those who could not sit flat on the floor. After two days of intensely sharp pain in the trapezoid muscles like knives had been stuck in them, the pain went completely and I only really had pain down the left leg the rest of the days.

The rest of the time was spent calmly bringing the mind back to sensing the body and observing the mind-chatter, emotions and other sensations that would come up regularly due to how deep I was scanning into the body – again I would recommend that if you struggle with being equanimous that you start off doing the skin rather than going into the organs like I did, so that it is not so much of a problem for the ego! I was already used to simply watching the many emotions and sensation dissolve through observation so really I didn’t really have a tough time so it seems compared to many others after chatting to them.

I certainly felt in increase in the awareness of the various body parts and it was interesting realising how numb certain areas were that I had not paid attention to before.

At the end, myself and my partner both felt like we could have continued on for longer and actually continued meditating in silence even after they announced that we were allowed to speak. At the time we were doing this, a huge proportion of people rushed outside to speak to each other and meet their friends and partners for the first time! It sounded like we were listening to a huge concert hall of people rather than just a couple of dozen people talking because we were so used to the silence.

There is an extra half day after the 10 days to allow people to settle back into speaking again, to help people clean the premises and to prepare for travel. So all-in-all you are there for 10 plus two half days either side.

Around 10 percent of the people left early we found out as they couldn’t take it, and another 20 percent had many fears come up for them but were encouraged to stay. One lady had “gotten it in her head” that her children were in danger even though she knew they were being looked after by her husband at home. In these cases the instructors do allow people to come and talk to them though ideally at specified times of the day to clarify the instructions or express fears. They had offered this lady to call home if she really wanted to but to try and watch the fear and realise that it was just an expression of what was coming up from within.

This is an example of how strong the vipassana technique is in bringing up and dissolving all that creates suffering and learning to be in allowance of that experience. Åsa-Maria certainly has some interesting stories from her experience on the women’s side, especially after they started talking again so she has decided to write about it on this blog at some point in the future.

Though it is not for some, I very much recommend going on this course if you wish to experience fully going into the practice of vipassana. It will certainly help clear much whilst giving you a practice that you can continue long afterwards, it will also give you some experience to go along with the observation technique I have been explaining.

I am happy of course to give guidance during a session if you would like to learn more about my technique and experience how I use it to create change within you. You can book a personal appointment with me here – www.grantpodesta.com/booking/.

The Spiritual Significance of Liver & Gall-Bladder Cleansing

Originally published on 1st September 2016

The forests of Sweden are covered in blue-berries July to August and lingon-berries (much like cranberries) mid August to late September – both full of nutrients that help to cleanse the body, including liver & gall-bladder

Continuing on with blog articles that aid in raising your vibration, the next subject is liver & gall bladder cleansing.

The techniques listed here used to be used by Western medical practitioners in the past. Not only are they very beneficial in a great many ways, but they are also very cheap and, after some practice, are easy to perform too. The excuses for not teaching them in the modern medical profession range from unfounded claims that they are harmful in some way, to simply not having enough space in the Merck manual (considered the like the bible for Western doctors) to print them! Thankfully many practitioners are starting to realise the benefits of these practices and are bringing them back.

Rather than list all the benefits these techniques have on the physical body (which are already presented in the articles I have provided links for below), instead I will write more about the spiritual relations, my personal experiences, as well as the reciprocal effect these practices have on the energetic Self.

Please use your common sense when following these practices. They are much safer than taking drugs and having operations, but I cannot know what state your health is in and obviously I am not a doctor so please seek help if you are unsure 😉

The Gall Bladder Meridian & Parasites

You may have noticed that many healers often talk a lot about the gall bladder meridian and it’s relationship to energetic parasites. Lisa Renee has a good article on SPE types of parasite/implant on this subject here. It seems that many parasites like to enter and travel along the gall bladder meridian to “infect” various areas that the meridian connects to.

A common place they enter is the top of the back of the neck and where the back of the neck connects with the skull. From there the common areas of the energy body, and in turn, the physical body that are affected are: the sides of the skull & brain (often in the form of head aches/migraines, especially the temple areas), the upper portions of the shoulder girdle & behind the shoulder blades (especially on the right side), the liver/gall bladder area, genitals, sacrum, knees and feet.

Of course it is not just parasites that affect this meridian. Other energetic blockages do too, which include trapped emotions/judgements etc. And because the physical and energetic bodies are reciprocally related, heavy metals, toxins from metabolism and foods that we eat/breathe in etc have an impact too. This in turn creates a more suitable environment for viruses, bacteria and fungi and their energetic parasitic counterparts. Obviously because the liver is the main detoxifying organ of the body you can see why this particular meridian can be so affected in modern society.

The gall bladder meridian picture below can give you a good idea of the areas that can be affected.

The gall bladder meridian – the dots represent acupuncture points where the flow of energy (known as “chi” in Eastern medicine) can be affected.

The Gall Bladder Meridian & Awakening

If you look at the number of acupuncture points around the side of the head, you can see how much this meridian affects the brain. You may also notice how many of these points are also acupressure points as well as points that are touched when performing Access Bars & Distance Bars (hence why regular Bars treatments are good for the awakening process).

Teachings by Oneness University and various enlightened beings, channelled or otherwise, point out that the physical brain changes a lot as one travels further along the path of awakening. They say that in general the brain becomes less active/”fires” fewer signals and that remaining individual signals start to become higher in frequency. This mirrors studies on meditation too.

The parts of the temporal/parietal areas of the brain (the sides of the brain near the ear) that in general connect and control information between the more primitive areas of the brain and the “higher” brain (where deeksha is generally focussed on), are some of the main areas that decrease in activity as one awakens more. Thus you can see that clearing the gall bladder meridian can greatly aid in awakening. You can find much on this subject in the following book “Awakening into Oneness: Deeksha and the Evolution of Consciousness” by Arjuna Ardagh. You can also find reports on many studies of the brain relating to meditation by doing a quick internet search – transcendental meditation being the most studied of meditation techniques.

The liver and gall bladder are organs that greatly affect this meridian as a whole. When you understand that physical and energetic parasites and energetic blockages occur at the same time and that these promote blockages in other energy systems of the body too, then you can appreciate how useful cleansing and aiding the full functionality of the liver and gall bladder can be, not only for resolving physical issues but also for awakening.

Most Don’t Realise That They Have Liver/Gall Bladder Dis-Ease

As a great many people are realising, doctors in the Western world often are not concerned unless there are obvious or serious signs & symptoms relating to a particular complaint. Moreover, even when there are signs & symptoms present, things can often be missed simply because the established medical profession has no understanding of the emotional/mental/energetic relationship to the physical body, that the figures they test for fall under pre-established “norms”, or simply that the detection methods don’t pick up on anything. Often too, due to guidelines, doctors simply don’t have the time ask all the questions and perform all the tests required, and thus symptomatic relief is given instead. On top of this the sufferers themselves are all too often only interested in symptomatic relief rather than sorting out the true causes to dis-ease (such as the emotional and mental causes).

This was particularly evident when I used to work as an osteopath. I would often pick up on the emotions, energetic sluggishness, or energetic blocks relating to the gall bladder and/or liver. Obviously I could not tell many patients, or record such findings on referral letters to doctors, as it would have been disregarded. Even when I would highlight the common pain referral patterns, change in stool consistency, reduced digestion ability of fats, flatulence increase, pain on direct palpation of the gall bladder etc etc often nothing would be done by the patient or those I referred the patient to.

It is worth mentioning here that ultrasound which is commonly used in gall bladder (and kidney) investigations, often does not pick up any problems such as stones, even if the practitioner is quite experienced at it. Even x-rays do not always show stones. There are many stories I have heard of people having very obvious signs of gall bladder stones, where a great many of them were found either from using the methods I have highlighted below, or during surgery to remove the gall bladder itself… yet nothing was found using ultrasound or x-ray investigations!

It is also worth mentioning that from a lot of natropathic perspectives, the vast majority of people have liver and gall bladder stones, mostly in the form of cholesterol balls. So it is recommended to have regular cleanses to clean them out and keep the liver and gall bladder functioning efficiently.

The liver performs a great many functions, so there are many bodily systems that it affects directly and indirectly. This means that there is a large variety of signs & symptoms that can show up if the liver & gall bladder are not functioning efficiently. I will not list all the physical ones here as that is a whole article in itself – again a simple internet search is all that’s needed. Often these signs & symptoms may be quite subtle or not present at all, even if there is quite a lot of dis-ease going on physically or energetically.

Paying Attention to the Emotions

If you are on the awakening path, paying attention to the subtle things is needed in order to continue to shift that which limits you. As you may already be aware of, emotions are a response to the beliefs of the mind/ego whether they be conscious or not. Thus paying attention to the emotions in any situation can highlight what judgements/conclusions/beliefs you have within you.

Each organ operates at a different vibratory rate, or if you like frequency. Likewise each emotion has a different frequency. Therefore certain organs are affected by certain emotions more than others. Paying attention to these emotions can highlight what organs may be affected and vice versa.

There are many books out there that highlight the mental and emotional relationships to certain diseases, such as those written by Doreen Virtue. I would say after reading many of them, that they are great at giving you the gist, and may be very useful in helping a great many people. However, dis-ease causes can be very individual, much like the fact that labelled conditions never affect everyone in EXACTLY the same way!

With this in mind, the liver and gall bladder are often affected by the emotions of anger, frustration, irritation and jealousy and the beliefs/judgements that cause those emotions. Thus if you often have those emotions come up for you, it could suggest that your liver and gall bladder could be working more efficiently.

During and after the cleansing process, obviously these are the emotions that often come to the surface as the energy body starts to clear in response. If you align/agree with these emotions, or resist/react/fight them, then the healing process will take longer. The trick is to allow the emotions and related thoughts to be there rather than ignore or suppress them. As you observe them, they will simply dissolve in the light of your consciousness. Otherwise a good healer can help.

Observing the emotions that come up from a liver & gall bladder cleanse, without resisting/reacting/fighting them, helps quicken the healing process

The liver and gall bladder obviously are affected by the physical world too. As the liver is the main detoxifying organ in the body, eliminating fumes, food additives, pesticides, drugs, alcohol, caffeine etc can greatly improve its function as well as the functioning of all other organs due to the decrease in toxicity.

For those wishing to lose body fat, know that a poorly functioning liver encourages fat cell production, as fat is one of the methods employed by the body to store toxins away from the vital organs. Thus many people lose body fat simply by doing thorough detoxes – I mean that in terms of mental, emotional as well as physical detoxing. Likewise if the liver and kidneys cannot keep up with releasing toxins from the body, the skin can become smelly, dry or develop infections. Just some information that might help any of your friends and family think about detoxing if they wouldn’t otherwise 😉

1. The Gall-Bladder Flush

This was the first technique that I tried, and the technique that I would recommend most people start with, especially if there is a long history of poor eating habits or strong signs & symptoms of liver/gall stones.

It basically involves drinking a glass of apple juice three times a day for at least 2 weeks to soften any stones present in the liver and/or gall bladder. Most often these stones are composed of cholesterol and are softened by the enzymatic content of the apple juice. Then after a whole day of avoiding eating anything fatty, a glass of oil (olive oil is best) is consumed to cause a sudden release of bile from the liver and gall bladder into the duodenum to digest the large amount of oil that was consumed. Many stones, fats and toxins are also flushed out with the bile as the liver squeezes it out. This is why such techniques are called gall bladder flushes. Often too with some methods, magnesium/epsom salts are consumed to relax the smooth muscle within the bile ducts such that any large stones can pass more easily.

When I started this cleansing, I was aware that energetically my liver & gall bladder were not working efficiently and that there were some mild emotions/thoughts relating to them. Physically I have been considered in perfect health by the medical profession – I had undergone an extensive medical exam as part of obtaining my residency in New Zealand a few years ago. As I say, for those who wish to continue to raise their vibration, what may seem insignificant to many professionals, can lead to great change spiritually speaking. Hence my aim was to free myself of energies that I did not need anymore and boost me further along the awakening path.

Despite not having any obvious physical signs or symptoms, I found many liver/gall bladder stones (in the form of cholesterol balls) the first two times I did a flush and less so on the third time around. The first time, I felt many emotions, mainly irritation and frustration, coming up as well as thoughts relating to them. I had the same happen the second and third times too but they were stronger and I also had large releases of tension through my head and right shoulder girdle. Energetically I also felt stronger in the liver area. This goes to show that the advice given on the link below to perform multiple flushes until no stones are apparent is sound advice.

The best article and method I came across was this one: Flush Gall Stones Naturally. It is the most detailed article in terms of giving you a plan to follow and includes using epsom salts to help relax the smooth muscle such that less irritation happens if you have larger stones. For those of you who cannot find Epsom salts, then look for magnesium salts as they are the same thing.

2. The Coffee Enema

Example of a coffee enema kit – from www.stressnomore.co.uk

This was the second method I tried. My partner Åsa-Maria (who is a naturopathic nutritionist) introduced this to me, as she had been doing them regularly since 2014, and gained a lot of benefits from doing so.

This method basically involves using a bag or bucket with a hose, to insert coffee-water slowly into the rectum and colon. There it is held for up to 20 minutes, unless you need to go to the toilet sooner! During this time the coffee goes straight to the liver via the veins and lymphatic system where it shocks the liver & gall-bladder into flushing out bile into the duodenum, much like in the Gall bladder flush technique above. Again, many stones, fats and with them, many toxins are flushed out with the bile too, hence it’s cleansing effect. After holding onto the coffee fluid, you simply go to the toilet and let all the fluid pass out as well as any other contents of your intestines that also come out.

This technique also has the benefit of acting like a mini colonic irrigation, hence you may also find toxic jelly-like lumps, dried faeces, lost articles you may have swallowed and other matter passing out afterwards. Hence this technique is very cleansing to the bowels too, even if it seems awkward or disgusting at first.

You may be asking why doesn’t drinking coffee do the same? If you drink coffee, instead of going straight to the liver, it passes throughout the rest of the body first. Not only does this mean that it doesn’t shock the liver, it also means that many toxic by-products of metabolism are created by the coffee around the body. Thus it actually puts more of a strain on the liver to do its detoxifying job!

I started doing coffee enemas a month after my 3 gall-bladder flushes, which were also one month apart. Despite these other flushes, my first coffee enema flushed out yet more cholesterol balls and some jelly-like substance that I’d never seen previously in my stools. Again after each session I often noticed the emotions of irritation and frustration come up and so I have managed to transmute a lot of charge from the relating belief systems as a result.

I have done many enemas since and while I don’t seem to notice much in the toilet afterwards compared to the first few times, I have noticed that my digestion, energy levels and energetic stability have improved. I will be following the advice of doing an enema at least every few months to do further cleansing.

There are a lot of articles out there to do with coffee enemas. The most comprehensive and useful that I came across was this one: The Powerful Health benefits of Coffee Enema Therapy that Big Pharma does not want you to know. Though if you’d like a smaller article with some basic guidelines you might like to try here.

I was lucky that may partner had a great amount of experience performing them, but you may have to experiment a little bit in terms of positioning yourself and the bucket, finding out the right concentration of coffee so that you can hold it in for long enough and still cause a shock to the liver etc etc. Obviously the articles above contain all the information you’ll need. I would like to repeat however that you should use organic coffee and as pure water as you can find – there is no point doing a cleanse if the materials you use also have toxins in them!

There are a great many companies out there selling enema kits. Obviously go for products that don’t leech any materials into the fluids you use. I personally bought a silicon bag and tube from a UK online shop here, as it was more useful to pack away should I continue to travel and work from around the world.

3. The Edgar Cayce 3-day Apple Diet

The late Edgar Cayce

For those who have never heard of the late Edgar Cayce before, he is probably the most documented psychic in the world. He was involved in helping scientists studying psychic phenomena, especially with regard to medical subjects. He also transmitted a lot of information about the past and future.

The diet is very simple, eat nothing but organic apples, at least 5 a day, and drink plenty of pure water for 3 days. At the end of the third day before bed, also drink a glass of olive oil to flush out the liver and gall bladder. There is some more information on the Edgar Cayce website here.

So as you can see it is a kind of small version of the gall bladder flush mentioned above. I would definitely recommend doing the first mentioned gall-bladder flush a few times first, as it is a stronger technique and will make sure that the majority of stones and toxins come out. Then you might like to try the Edgar Cayce apple diet as something you can do more often as maintenance.

Some General Advice from my Partner

My Partner Asa, as I have been writing this article has mentioned a few things that may benefit the above methods as well as liver & gall-bladder health in general. So here are the tid-bits:

  1. Consuming fats including oils between 10am and 2pm is good since that is when the bile flow is predominant.
  2. Fats are vital to the health of the body and cutting them out of your diet can put a lot of strain on the body including being able to deal with bodily toxins. The problem is more to do with the chemicals/toxins/hormones etc that are often found in the fat of meats and other fatty products, due to poor farming and/or manufacturing procedures. Like I have said before, fats are used by the body to store toxins away from the organs if the body cannot keep up with flushing them out or neutralising them and this is no different to what animals do when exposed to them. So always educate yourself on what fats are the better options. Organic is a good start.
  3. B-vitamins upregulate the liver by helping the body digest nutrients including fats, that the liver metabolises. Especially if you are vegan or vegetarian, most people in Western societies are lacking in vitamin B12 especially. This vitamin also greatly helps with mood, energy levels and rebuilding nerve tissues – very important for those of us undergoing the brain changes associated with awakening. Many people are cured of depression simply by regularly taking a good B12 supplement. Try to get it in a liquid form and put a number of drops of it in pure water so you can slowly sip it throughout the morning. You’ll not easily get to sleep if you take too much after 2pm. The number of drops varies depending on how much you may need but try 10 drops a day to satrt with and go from there. The best liquid B-vitamins including B12 I have come accross in terms of purity, effectiveness and energetic vibration is from Premier Research Labs.
  4. There is a lot of mis-information about oils and their health benefits. All oils react strongly to the sun, so try not to buy oils that are in clear bottles or that have an older date as they are very likely to be rancid…. often even before they get put up on the shelves of a supermarket! This is especially the case with oils such as rapeseed oil which ideally should be consumed ASAP after manufacture.
  5. Obviously oils also react to heat so most are best consumed as a topping on food rather than used to cook food in. Most people know not to use olive oil to cook with. Many other oils are rancid before cooking anyway. Butter and coconut oil are better options.
  6. Olive oil is the best option for lowering cardio-vascular disease out of all the oils tested so far around the world. In fact most plant-based oils such as sunflower, rapeseed etc have not shown any benefits to reducing risks, despite what food companies would like you to believe.

Making your music more harmonious with the planet by using A=432 hertz tuning

EDIT July 2024: It has recently come to my attention that some of the frequencies suggested to the spiritual/new-age movements as being harmonious and healing for our bodies and spiritual progression were simply made up by the 3-letter organisations to mislead and confuse. I will be writing a new article about this soon.

For now it seems as though the information about the A=432 Hz is still valid, however other frequencies I have mentioned here and in the past have no validity. Always remember that no matter what is said here or what other people say, if a piece of music moves you or helps you feel joy, then it is beneficial to you.

Ulvön Island, Sweden – Nature, one of the best frequencies to listen to!

Thank you for the emails I have received following the last post. Many of you seem to have been experiencing very positive effects from even short periods of playing the new Moola Mantra. I also had one person who wrote to me saying that they had a kundalini awakening after playing the new Moola Mantra for a few hours!

Background to A432 Tuning in Music

As I have said, I am going to focus on giving out advice to aid in raising the vibration of people and their surroundings. The next subject I am going to talk about is tuning your music to A=432 Hertz (or A432). There are many methods to do this and again it is quite simple and in most cases completely free to do so. First, let’s give you a quick background on why tuning your music to A432 is beneficial.

A=432 Hz simply means that the “A” note of an instrument is tuned to the frequency of 432 Hertz and that the other notes follow suit such that they are in harmony with that. There is supposedly much evidence that much of the ancient world’s instruments (such as those from ancient Egypt and Greece) were tuned to A432, according to researchers such as Ananda Bosman. Tibetan singing bowls as well as instruments from many other spiritual groups more closely associated with mother Earth, are often tuned to, or are harmonic to the A432 tuning too.

In the West, prior to 1953, the “A” note was tuned at various different frequencies depending on the opinions/preferences of various composers. The composer Guiseppe Verdi found that A432 was a more harmonious and pleasant sound and that his opera singers resonated better with it too. This is why the A432 tuning is often know as “Verdi’s A”. Many other European composers including Mozart also preferred A432 for similar reasons.

Despite Verdi and other musician’s preferences for tuning, it appears that the powers that were around in the late 1800s in various countries, were pushing for A to be tuned to 440Hz – a frequency that is not harmonious with human bodies, nature and the cosmos at large. It is rumoured that the Nazis started the A440 tuning standard such that music became disharmonious with nature (thus affecting health and spiritual development). However it was the Americans and British that were key players in bringing the modern A440 tuning into the global arena. In 1917 the American Federation of Musicians accepted the A440 tuning standard and started to introduce that standard to the rest of the world around 1940. By 1953, and as chosen in London that year, it became the ISO 16 standard. So the vast majority of Western music produced since then has had the A note tuned to 440Hz.

A432 is often called the “scientific tuning” due to its resonance with the laws of physics that govern the universe – according to many late 18th century physicists and mathematicians of Europe. In simple terms A432 tuning is  supposed to be in harmony with the Schumann resonance – the frequency or if you like heart-beat of the Earth and nature which is close to 8Hz in frequency. When the “A” note is tuned to 432 Hz and the other notes follow suit, then all notes are in resonance with the 8Hz frequency of the Earth. They will also be in harmony with our cells, DNA and other bodily functions as well as promote a balanced left-right brain activity.

Especially as we are now undergoing an increase in vibration of Earth and its inhabitants, there are many who believe that the Schumann resonance is increasing as we speak. There appear to be many arguments about this subject however. Cobra for example (reported to be a Pleiadian contactee and spokes person for one of the groups of light forces helping this planet) has stated in interviews that people measuring the Schumann resonance aren’t getting it entirely correct as there are actually multiple frequencies coming from the Earth from multiple sources. There are also suggestions that the Schumann frequency isn’t changing or that if it is changing then it is changing with us and our instruments. As always I will leave that subject up to you to research and decide for yourself.

Either way, people are still getting multiple benefits from listening to and producing music tuned at A432. Musicians often claim that music is brighter, clearer (so less volume is often needed), is easier on the ears and easier on the vocal chords. Even people who cannot perceive the 8Hz difference between the A440 industry standard and A432 often say that the music is warmer, that they can listen to music for longer and that they experience more relaxing and meditative states.

In my own experience, I used to love listening to music when I was younger. Much like my other friends and clients who are going through the awakening process, I have found that I have gotten less and less interested in music in general, apart from some mantras and few more new-aged type musics. I literally prefer the sound of nature and just being with that.

Whilst researching and experimenting with frequencies I came across the A432 movement. Whilst I cannot change the words, and belief systems behind much of the music out there (which also can impact on our consciousness), I have found that changing the frequency of the music does help me to be able to listen to music for longer and with less irritation.

There is also a movement of people who are promoting A444 music. When the “A” note is tuned to 444Hz, then the “C” note becomes 528Hz. Many of you may notice that 528Hz is the “Mi” note of the solfeggio notes as sung by the Gregorian Monks of old. It is said, and there is much evidence of this, that 528Hz helps repair DNA as well as promote miracles and change. It is also know as the “love” frequency.

Some people seem to be arguing over which musical tuning is the better option. Basically they both are beneficial to the Environment, consciousness and our health, just in different ways. You may wish to experiment with both sets of tunings and see what feels best for you. Though the information provided here is aimed at A432 tuning, you can easily use the same information here to do A444 tuning too.

This website “Attuned Vibrations” gives some more information about the differences and history behind the A432 and A444 tunings and is also an example of one of the many composers providing music for more harmonious living. You can obviously find many more articles about A432/A444 and music made with these frequencies by doing a simple search.

Though there is much change needed to make mainstream music and other sounds around us more harmonious and beneficial for our health and consciousness, the advice below can at least get you part of the way there, until such a time comes.

Methods for Changing Your Music (and Video Playback) to A432

Unfortunately, there aren’t any methods out there for changing everything to A432 or A444 tuning. For example many TVs, Games consoles, stereo systems etc are hardwired such that you cannot alter the frequency very easily. Likewise certain musical instruments cannot be tuned as the frequencies are built into their construction.

However, if you listen to music or watch videos via a PC/Mac, smart phone, smart TVs etc, there are many apps (software applications) that can be altered or are readily available to enable you to listen at A432 or A444. Likewise many instruments, especially stringed instruments, can easily be tuned to different frequencies.

One of the main things to understand is that softwares/apps DO NOT so far automatically detect whether what you are listening to is already tuned to A432 or not. Thus if you are listening to an A432 song via an A432 player you’ll likely be listening to it at A424 instead – the software will assume that your music is A440 and so will bring it down by 8Hz regardless!

Likewise music made before the 1950s or made by people outside of the main music industry may be tuned at various frequencies which these players will also not detect. There are some notable exceptions such as some Led Zeppelin, John Lennon and Bob Marley tunes as long as you get the originals of course. Though you can search the internet to find the frequencies used in each song, there is no easy way around this for the moment, until someone invents a piece of software that can detect and alter things automatically. Suffice to say that most mainstream pieces of music (including music in films/videos etc) from the West in the last 60 years is set at A440. Thus the apps in the first two pieces of advice below should satisfy the majority of people who use modern devices.

432 Music Player Apps for Tablets & Smartphones

There are already many apps that allow you to play any music you have stored on your so-called “Smart” devices. Several of them are listed on this website: 432player.com and can be used on any tablet or smart phone. I personally have been using “432 player”  on my android smart phone. You can find it by searching on any app store.

It took a bit of getting used to but what I like about it is that you can choose whether or not to tune each individual piece of music. This is a great option considering that in the future many musicians will already have tuned their music to A432.

Audio/Video Players for PC/MAC

There are a variety of players that can be altered on PC/Mac if you know how to alter the programming correctly. I have chosen VLC player here as it is a good program that has been around for decades, can play pretty much any file format, is available on both PC and Mac and of course is completely free!

It’s not just files stored on you device that can be played via this software either – Seeing as you can connect, CD/DVD players, record players and many other media devices to PCs and Macs, you can easily listen to and watch media from older technologies too. Most modern TVs also have ports so you can connect your computer to them such that if you wish to watch a film on a bigger screen than your PC/Mac, with the sound set to A432, you can. My girlfriend and I both find watching movies better this way.

Rather than me reproducing the info on how to change VLC player’s options, there is a good article here, that gives excellent guidance on what you need to do. It also gives guidance on how to use VLC to watch youtube videos, if you do that sort of thing ;-). For Windows 10 users, you will find the correct file to alter in Step 4 of the process here: C:\Users\(your user name)\AppData\Roaming\vlc

Musical Instrument Tuning Apps for Tablets/Smartphones

Being a guitar player myself, I have been using the free app “Guitar Tuna” on my smart phone. It can be used to tune all popular stringed instruments, not just the guitar. It is available for both Android and iPhone devices simply by searching on any app store.

If you click on the settings button, you’ll notice that there is a tuning option. The default is 444 meaning that the “A” note is set to 444hz. Simply, set it to 432 (or 444 if you wish the “C” note to be 528Hz) to be able to play your music at A432.

Converting Electronic Music to A432 Using Audacity

Audacity is a free PC/Mac program that has been around for some time now. I have used it in many ways in the past, especially to edit/cut/paste music files for videos. It has a great many uses for people who wish to alter their music or sound files, including the option of changing the frequency of any music file you load onto the program.

You can download Audacity for free here: www.audacityteam.org

I have not tried this advice myself yet as I do not like the idea of converting all those thousands of individual pieces of music I own! Needless to say it is one of the better options as you will be able to see, change and save your sound files to whatever frequency you wish without needing to rely on a 432 player.

After changing the frequency to A432 or A444 for example, the file can be saved in multiple file formats. That way you do not need to alter the media players to convert it to A432 as it will already be A432/A444 anyway. Of course sound files like this can be saved onto CD/DVD and played through other devices too.

Again I’ll leave the advice to the experts and give you a youtube link that explains simply how to change A440 sounds to A432 very well: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NVFXIwAM6Ic. This is the method that the majority of the A432 converted music on Youtube was made by (including the moola mantra track I gave in the last blog I posted). As explained on the video, there are other methods for conversion but this is the best for not introducing distortion.

Hello Sweden and an easy way of cleansing your surroundings

The forests and lakes of Piteå, Sweden

Now that I’ve finally caught up with emails from over the holidays, it’s about time I posted something on this blog! Many of the subjects I was going to write about in the past felt heavy to do so, hence the lack of writing in recent months. As time has gone by I have realised that rather than write about subjects that keep stimulating the ego/false Self of others into a continual loop of what is right or wrong, good or bad, better or worse, or to comment on the past, that it would be better to simply focus on helping people move forwards and create the reality they desire. Thus I will mainly be writing about subjects that will help in raising vibration/consciousness/awareness.

As many of you may have already guessed, I will be working from Sweden for the next couple of months before returning to the UK. It certainly is a bit of a perk being able to run a business from anywhere – as long as there is an internet connection. Whilst I am on the subject of working abroad, you may note that I keep a clock in the top left-hand corner of my website that details the timezone and location I am in at any given time. The automated booking system I use automatically alters to the timezone I give it, so you should not need to worry about booking with me with future travels.

Healing from different locations on the planet means that I have to cleanse the areas I work from quickly. It’s good job that I am able to bring with me various technologies that helps keep the vibration of my surroundings high, many of which I have highlighted in previous posts. Luckily Sweden generally doesn’t have a lot of low-vibrational energies when compared with other countries of the world, having such a low population, more of a respect for nature and a comparatively low incidence of conflict in recent history.

I love the terrain in Sweden, the forests especially!

As I have stated in previous posts, there are many methods that you can use to raise the vibration of your Self and surroundings without spending a lot of money or needing lots of expertise. One of the easiest methods of cleansing an area is simply to play high vibrational sounds/music repeatedly until the area feels better.

Obviously certain frequencies and words are more potent than others. This is why I often use the “Moola mantra” as it is so far the highest vibrational mantra I have come across. It is a mantra that was given to Bhagavan of Oneness University by a golden orb that appeared in front of him when he was a child. He proceeded to chant this mantra as much as he could, every day until he was 21 years old. It is now chanted by a huge following around the world who have been exposed to Bhagavan and/or Oneness teachings, and a great number of miracles have happened because of it. The mantra’s main purpose is to bring people closer to the divine/all-that-is/source/god whatever you would like to call it, and as such it is very powerful for taking you towards awakening and enlightenment.

A lot of healing happens along the awakening path, and as such, many people experience physical, mental, emotional and spiritual healings from chanting this mantra. Obviously due to its vibration, it pushes away low-vibrational entities and dissolves low vibrational energies too, hence why it is useful for clearing homes/areas. It is the words and the intention behind the words that are important. This is why a great number of people have made their own musical versions of the mantra, without loosing any potency.

You may notice on searching that there is actually two different versions of the Moola mantra. The original version, as chanted by Bhagavan, is still very powerful but a newer version has been made to reflect the fact that the consciousness of humanity has changed.

A good description of the words and meanings of the original version can be found here: http://www.omoneness.com/moolamantra.html. You can also very easily find a great number of musical versions of this mantra on youtube just by searching for “moola mantra”.

Various musical versions of the newer version can also be found on youtube by searching for “the new moola mantra”. I particularly like this version, which is the mantra chanted 108 times by one of the dasas of Oneness University and shows the meanings of the new words:

In order to clear the flat I am currently staying in, I looped the moola mantra so that it played repeatedly over and over, for 24 hours from my laptop. Afterwards, the rise in vibration was very noticeable. It certainly helped me feel comfortable in performing healings from this location. My partner after coming back from work that day thought that the apartment had grown in size! As I write this I can feel the vibrational influence extending in a radius of about 50 metres. It has literally affected energetically all the apartments nearby as well. This, I might add, is without the sound actually reaching that far! You don’t have to play things very loud, even if it is only just audible to you, it will still work.

So how is that for a simple way of clearing and raising the vibration of your property and surroundings? Simply pick a high vibrational sound/piece of music and play it on a loop continuously until the vibration rises to a level you are comfortable with. Obviously it is a good idea to do a sound clearing regularly, to clear any lower vibrational energies that may appear on occasion. With continued use, the energies will work their way into the walls, furniture etc and will hold for longer periods of time.

If you still have a lot of energies to clear from yourself, then you might find that playing the moola mantra over and over will make you feel quite uncomfortable as the lower vibrational energies start to come to the surface to clear. This could be in the form of physical pain, emotional hurts and ‘negative’ thoughts for example. Headaches are especially common. Thus I would highly recommend that if this is the case, you play the moola mantra in the area you wish to clear whilst you are away from it. For example playing it at home whilst you are at work. You can always listen to or chant the moola mantra for short periods of time until you get more comfortable with it.

There are a great many other sound recordings that have a high vibration too, so you might like to experiment with them to find what suits you best, especially if you will be staying in close proximity to the playing sounds/music.

I will be adding further cheap and simple techniques for vibrational raising and healing in the near future as I come across them. And yes, I will be writing about things other than that from India 😉

Oneness Blessings ( aka Deeksha) Now Available

Originally published 17th March 2016

Following my completion of the Oneness Awakening course last month in London, I am now able to perform Oneness Blessings (aka Deekshas). This is the course most people do before going to complete the other Oneness courses in India, some of which I have mentioned in other blog articles. I just so happened to do it the other way around!

It typically only takes a few minutes to perform a blessing, thus I have decided to offer these free of charge at the beginning or the end of any other appointment you book with me. All you need to do is just ask via email before the appointment or through conversation during a Skype appointment.

The Oneness Blessing is the transfer of energy that starts one’s journey into higher states of consciousness. It is always aimed at the head when performed, whether it is done via the hands or at a distance with intention.

It all started when Bhagavan (an enlightened man from India, dedicated to releasing humanity from suffering) asked if his son could transfer his spiritual gifts to other children at his school, back in 1989. Since then it has become a global phenomenon and now you can find Oneness groups all over the world performing healings and offering courses.

I have been certified by the Dasas at Oneness University in India to be “Awakened”, and so the blessings I give are classified as “Awakened Oneness Blessings”. Supposedly this means that higher vibrational energies can pass through an awakened person’s hands, and thus that there are more benefits to raising the receiver’s consciousness. I’ll leave that up to you to decide ;-). I may write a separate blog in the future about what the Dasas actually classify as an awakening, as it can be confusing to many of you what this means.

If you regularly receive oneness blessings, your evolution of consciousness will quicken. This results in healing, setting right of relationships, and an increased ability to deal with life’s issues with ease and joy. This evolutionary path continues of course and ultimately leads to enlightenment – the complete dissolution of ego and hence the end of all suffering.

Similar to the aims of the Access Bars and Distance Bars sessions that I offer, because it aims at raising consciousness, it is not necessary to offer different types of Oneness Blessings for different purposes such as healing, fulfillment and entity problems etc. The Oneness Blessing is solely for awakening into oneness and so will naturally help you deal with all the problems that are hindrances to awakening.

Like many forms of healing, the Oneness Blessing will provide different benefits to different people depending on their needs, so you may not experience the same outcome as another. The process of growth into oneness can be sudden for some but is gradual for most, and depends on many factors.

If you wish to be able to give Oneness Blessings yourself by completing a Oneness Awakening Course or you simply wish to experience a blessing in person, you will find many Oneness groups all over the world by performing a quick internet search.

Back to the UK again

The streets of Helsinki in winter – proper winter!

Following some changes that occurred during and after my last India trip, myself and my now ex-girlfriend have decided to part ways. So here I am yet again in England the country in which I was born.

What a shame it is that the British don’t build their houses like the Scandinavians – how can it be that I feel much colder indoors here, when the climate is much warmer outside?

I must apologise to all the people who were hoping to have a treatment from me in person in Helsinki. Finland is truly an amazing country and I would have loved to stay there for longer. There is so much more connection with Earth and nature there. The summers are beautiful and surprisingly hot. The winters magical and peaceful. The people friendly. The food delicious…

I have a lot of positive things to say about my time there. So thank you to Kirsi, her family and all those that I met. I enjoyed myself and have certainly grown in many ways due to my experiences with you and the many things I was introduced to.

Looking even further back, it’s been amazing how many changes have happened to myself and the business over the last year. I’ve been so busy that it has been hard to keep you all up-to-date via the blog.

Last year after leaving New Zealand where I started this business, I moved to Australia, then the UK, and finally Finland. Each time, I followed my inner knowing as to where to go and what to do next.

I wrote a little about following your inner guidance in an earlier blog entitled “Recognising Your Own Truth” – An article that while I feel that I don’t fully agree with the wording used (I am never fully happy with things I’ve written, especially as consciousness keeps changing!), I have kept it because it contains ‘the gist’ of how you can connect with your inner-knowing/higher Self/divine.

Last year then was a real test to see if I trusted that inner guidance as often ‘my’ mind would come up with many reasons that contradicted it. Saying goodbye to friends, loosing possessions, having lots of paper-work to do, finding the money to travel and buy new things and trying to keep my business going as I traversed time zones were some of the many challenges I faced. It has however certainly been worthwhile as I have had fun, grown in many ways and I have been connected with many people and organisations that can take me even further along this awakening path that I am on.

For those of you who expect that following your inner truth will make things easier, well that’s not always the case. At least not initially. Life is full of challenges and as many of the dasas (guides) in India say, surviving is avoiding challenges, living is facing them .

The mind will often try to convince you of the finale, after which should follow the story of living ‘happily forever after’ – which is precisely what my mind tried to do to me after moving to Finland. Of course the mind forgets that change is the only constant, and if you wish grow along the path of awakening, that means more challenges!

So whilst I get acquainted with the UK again, I will only be able to offer distance healing sessions for the moment. I will also have to change the timezone of the booking system so please bear that in mind if you plan to book soon – I will not alter anyone’s bookings that are already there 😉

So, what does the divine have in store for the UK eh?

Oneness University and Temple

Originally published on 31st October 2015

View of the “Temple of Supreme Light” from one of the many meditation halls

Finally I have found some time to write about my experiences at the Oneness University in India after catching up with answering all those emails!

I completed the ‘Science of Fulfillment’ and ‘Science of Transformation’ courses at the university this October after being recommended to go by my partner Kirsi. There is a third science course but I decided to only do the first two due to other arrangements this year, including heading back to the university for the first part of a 21 year course this December.

You can read more about these courses from the official website: www.onenessuniversity.org but briefly the fulfillment course teaches techniques in order to become more fulfilled in life, and the transformation course is designed to make you more aware of what Self truly is and thus awaken you further towards the state where you are not subject to mind anymore. Both courses involve a lot of processes which allow the many energy beings at the university to work on parts of Self that you cannot do directly. In general all the courses at this university are aimed at awakening people further towards the state of transformation such that suffering eventually ceases to exist on the Earth plane.

The courses are open to people of all religions and are explained at a level that reflects the current consciousness of humanity. As such they will continue to change as our level of understanding changes. Needless to say that there is a strong Indian influence on the courses so expect mantras, meditation postures and reference to nadis etc. Other than that I am not allowed explain the teachings to others in case misconceptions arise and besides much of the work cannot be perceived via the mind anyway.

These courses are taught at one of the several campuses at the university as well as including several trips to the temple at key points for the really deep energy work to occur.

Even before the university and temple were built, this area of the Chitoor district in India, supposedly had the highest number of awakenings and enlightenments of any area in the world. With all the additional work done by the university since being built, the campus grounds have an incredible high vibration to them.

The “Temple of Supreme Light”

The temple is very much a sacred geometric shape and is of such a vibration that it is considered a living entity. It existed in the higher dimensions long before it was built on the physical plane and it resides on one of the major gridline junctions, connecting it to every other energy grid on Earth. So changes here are profoundly effecting the rest of the globe.

The conception and teachings of the university come from a man named Bhagavan who since very young was guided by a golden orb that appeared in front of him. Bhagavan and his wife Amma are considered to be transformed to the extent they are now avatars. They are on Earth to anchor the ‘Golden Orb’ into this dimension, so that it may better aid in awakening humanity and take us away from suffering.

It is said that the ‘Golden Orb’ is an answer to all the prayers of the people of the world and has been around for many hundreds of years guiding key people and events to aid in bringing about the ‘Golden Age’. This orb can take many forms, including the Indian figure Kalki, Matreiya and Christ to name but a few. They are all considered the same being, thus it is active in helping people all over the globe and of different faiths. A great many people have managed to capture it on camera at the campus as it is often seen fully with the physical eyes. Personally I felt it’s presence multiple times during the 2 weeks I was there but only through my inner vision. Nethertheless it certainly was extremely powerful when it was involved in the many processes I underwent. I also get the sense that the many beings also present at the temple grounds are the same or part of the same group that are involved behind the scenes of many other movements including those of John of God for example.

Me standing outside of the temple

During my stay we were not allowed outside of the university grounds, mainly so that we could maintain mauna – the state of silence required to help us connect with the inner changes we were going through. Likewise it was prohibited to bring phones etc into classes and strongly advised not to be used during break times.

Everyone who goes there has a different experience depending on many factors, so you cannot really compare between people. Some people hardly feel a thing or even spend much of the course unable to stop laughing. Personally I felt like I was in an oven from the moment I approached the campus grounds till the moment I left. I had energy shifts constantly the entire time I was there whether it being due to the many times beings were working on me or not. I also suffered from a lot of bodily aches and head pains which I never normally get as well as intestinal upsets (despite being typically British and loving Indian food!). The many processes also brought up a lot of emotional energies to clear and there were quite a number of times of extreme pleasure too. One of the common uncomfortable symptoms from people including myself, was that their minds seemed to get increasingly talkative. Fortunately this was just part of the process of transformation.

Some friends I met along the way!

My partner Kirsi tells me that when she went years ago, the courses were longer and involved more spiritual practices and deep processes over long days with only small periods of rest. In my experience, we had much more spare time and shorter days. The guides who run the courses explain that awakenings are much more easier these days as the energies of the campus grounds increase hour by hour, day by day. Years ago not many of the people who went had an awakening whereas in my group of 60 people, all of us had an awakening to one degree or another (more on what awakenings are etc in a future post ;-)).

As one of the other participants who had been there before explained, I didn’t really notice how much my trip there had benefited me until I left India and noticed how greatly my vibration had increased and how much more separate from mind I felt. Much of the other benefits are subtle but profound including being more at peace with my surroundings and the challenges that come my way. I am very grateful for all the changes I have undergone.

Currently the courses are only open to those who have had some connection in the past to this area, Bhagavan or are in some way have been or will be involved in the plan for awakening humanity. I generally take that to mean those people who are often referred to in new age terms as ‘star seeds’, ‘light-workers/warriors’ etc. That appears to be one of the main reasons for the application form for attendance, and also for the walls and security guards that patrol the grounds! So if you feel even the slightest connection or pull to go there, I would highly recommend filling out the application form.

PS. If you’ve never been to India before – wash hands thoroughly before and after toilet trips and before and after eating. Don’t drink tap water there and ideally stick to cooked food won’t you 😉
